Escape Route Searching in Python Boids

Yey! after some more coding this morning I got escape route searching working.  In this example the boids just give up when they collide as there are no controllers (or boid brains) yet to tell them to do anything other than that.

  1. Wow, it looks very promising (especially in the second video the overall behavior is believable).

  2. cheers! just trying to get it working on a surface now so we can create a mesh which each of them is shrinkwrapped to meaning we won't have to code collisions for objects around them, but instead define a zone which they're allowed to be in.
